【摘要】 介绍了东曹公司新型磷腈盐(PZN)催化剂的结构、合成工艺及其作为催化剂在制备聚醚多元醇(PPG)中的使用情况,以及该类催化剂的脱除与回收方法。此外,还介绍了新型氧化磷腈(PZO)催化剂的合成及其作为催化剂制备PPG的工艺。通过与传统的KOH催化剂和双金属氰化物(DMC)催化剂进行对比,指出PZN类催化剂是一类极具发展潜力的合成PPG用新型催化剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 The structure,preparation processes of novel phosphazenium(PZN) catalysts from Tosoh Corp and their application situation in preparation of poly ether polyol(PPG) as catalyst are introduced in detail.The removal and recovery methods of such catalysts are also introduced in detail.In addition,the preparation of novel phosphazene oxide(PZO) catalyst and the process for preparing PPG using such catalyst are also introduced.By comparing with the conventional KOH catalyst and double metal cyanide(DMC) catalyst,it is pointed out that the PZN catalyst is a novel catalyst with great development potential for preparing PPG.更多还原
