修饰色瓷不同添加比例对金瓷修复体色度的影响
The influence of different proportion of the porcelain stain on the shade of the metal-porcelain prostheses of tetracycline stained teeth

【摘要】 目的:探讨修饰色瓷不同添加比例对四环素牙金瓷修复体色度的影响。方法:将松风棕色修饰色瓷粉与松风D2色体瓷瓷粉按照质量比分别为1:13、1:11、1:9、1:7、1:5混合,将未混合修饰色瓷的体瓷与混合后的瓷粉分别熔附于圆形钴铬基底片上,分别作为A-F组,每组6个试件。钴铬基底片厚度为0.5mm,直径为10mm,遮色瓷厚度为0.3mm,体瓷厚度为1.5mm。应用奥林巴斯Crystaleye全牙分光光度牙齿比色仪测量试件表面颜色,记录数值,进行统计分析。结果:随着修饰色瓷粉添加量的增加:(1)各内染组B—F组与对照组A组相比,试件的L~*值有降低趋势,a~*值有升高趋势,b~*值有升高趋势;(2)内染组B—F组各组组间比较:试件的L~*值有降低趋势,a~*值有升高趋势,b~*值有降低趋势。结论:(1)内染组各组与对照组相比,明度均降低,色相趋向红黄。(2)在内染组各组间,随着修饰色瓷粉添加比例的增加,明度逐渐降低,色相趋红程度增加,色相趋黄程度减少。(3)松风棕色修饰色瓷粉对修复体明度的改变范围较大。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the influence of different proportion of the porcelain stain on the shade of the metal-porcelain prostheses of tetracycline stained teeth. Methods: Blend the Shofu Vintage Brown stain porcelain and the Shofu Vintage D2 body porcelain according to the mass ratio as 1:13, 1:11, 1:9, 1:7, 1:5. Match the unblended body porcelain and the blended porcelain on the specimens of groups A-F separately, six for every group. The thickness of Co-Cr fundus is 0.5 mm, and the diameter is 10 mm, the thickness of opaque porcelain is 0.3 mm, the thickness of body porcelain is 1.5 mm. Measure the surface color of the specimen through the OLYMPUS Crystaleye. Meanwhile the values were recorded and statistical analysis carried out. Results:(1)Comparison of the groups in the internal staining groups B~F and the control group A:With the addition of stain porcelain,the values of L~* were decreased, the values of a~* were increased, the values of b~* were increased.(2)Comparison between each internal staining group B~F: With the proportion of stain porcelain becoming higher,the values of L~* were decreased,the values of a~* were increased,the values of b~* were decreased. Conclusion:(1) Compared with the control group, the groups of internal staining showed that the lightness decreased, the color of samples trended to yellow and red.(2) Among the groups of internal staining, along with the proportion of stain porcelain increased, the lightness of the samples decreased, the trend of the color of samples trended to red increased,the trend of the color of samples trended to yellow decreased.(3) It can lead to a wide range for the Shofu Vintage Brown stain porcelain to change the lightness of the metalporcelain prostheses.
