【摘要】 目的探讨综合干预对牙周炎患者依从性的影响。方法武汉大学口腔医院随机抽取门诊治疗的100例牙周炎患者,将其随机分为对照组(50例)和干预组(50例),对照组采取常规治疗措施,对干预组则采取常规治疗措施+特殊健康管理措施;分析和对比两组患者的依从性与临床治疗效果。结果通过进行常规治疗和特殊健康管理后,干预组患者做到按时复诊,并能积极接受和配合治疗及自我定期维护,其治疗总有效率要明显高于对照组(P<0.01),干预组治疗前后菌斑指数(PLI)、简化口腔卫生指数(OHI-S)、牙龈指数(GI)、探诊深度(PD)的改善幅度明显大于对照组。结论通过对牙周炎患者进行健康管理,能有效提高患者的依从性和临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of health management on periodontitis patients’ compliance and outcome. Methods: A total of 100 periodontitis patients, who were randomly selected from the out-patient department of Wuhan University Stomatological Hospital, were randomly distributed into two groups: control group(n=50) implements conventional treatment; test group(n=50) implements both conventional treatment and health management intervention. Then evaluate and compare the patients’ compliance and outcomes of these two groups. Results: After receiving health management intervention, Patients of test group can do visit on time to accept and cooperate with the treatment, and do self-regular maintenance positively. The effect of test group is significantly better than control group(P <0.01), and reduction of plaque index(PLI), simplified oral hygiene index(OHI-S), gingival index(GI),probe depth(PD) of test group is higher than that of control group. Conclusions: Health management can improve the periodontitis patients’ compliance and outcomes effectively.更多还原
