轴向引气位置对自循环机匣扩稳的能力的影响机制研究
The Influence of Axial Bleeding Position on Stability Enhancement Capability of Compressor Self-recirculation Casing Treatment

【摘要】 为了揭示不同轴向引气位置自循环处理机匣的扩稳机制,明确轴向引气位置对自循环机匣扩稳能力的影响,以某亚声速轴流压气机孤立转子为研究对象,进行了5通道时间精确的数值研究。通过数值模拟,得到了三种不同轴向引气位置自循环机匣的压比特性、效率特性、基元级性能以及叶顶流场的非定常特征。研究发现,相对于传统形式的栅后引气,叶顶引气具有更强的扩稳能力和更高的压缩效率,用0.45%的引气量实现了7.63%的流量裕度改进量。在实壁工况的失稳边界流量上,三种引气形式的自循环机匣均对叶顶流场自激非定常性起到了抑制作用,其所诱导出的低攻角和低阻塞水平持续时间约为转子转过桥路周向尺度用时的3倍。叶顶引气在引气口处加入了附面层抽吸效应,使流道阻塞水平响应自循环机匣调节的弛豫时间缩短了转子转过2/3个栅距用时,并可获得三者中最低的阻塞水平,使其可用最小的回流量实现最大的扩稳量。
【Abstract】 In order to reveal the stability enhancement mechanism of self-recirculation casing treatment with different axial bleeding position and identify the influence of bleeding position on stability enhancement capability, 5 passages time-accurate numerical prediction was conducted on a subsonic axial compressor rotor. Through numerical simulation, total pressure ratio and efficiency characteristics, elementary stage performance and tip flow filed unsteady characteristics are obtained with the rotor cooperating with different axial bleeding self-recirculation casing treatment. It concludes, compared with bleeding behind rotor traditionally, bleeding upon rotor gains stronger stability enhancement capability and higher efficiency, and achieves flow margin improvement by 7.63% using only 0.45% of stall mass flow. Working at stall boundary flow level of smooth casing, all of the three kinds of self-recirculation casing can attenuate self-sustained unsteady of tip flow, and the duration of low incidence angle and obstruction level induced by casing treatment is about 3 times that of rotor sweeping the angle of recirculation bridge. Bleeding upon rotor takes boundary layer suction effect to tip flow field which makes relaxation time of passage obstruction level responding to casing treatment deduce by the time of rotating 2/3 pitch, obtains the lowest obstruction level, and achieves the largest operation rang expansion using the smallest recirculation flow.
