股骨头坏死患者应用微创减压打压植骨治疗的临床分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨微创减压打压植骨对股骨头坏死患者的临床治疗效果,从而为疾病的治疗提供科学的理论依据。方法:以我院在2007年12月-2013年12月收治的100例股骨头坏死患者作为研究对象,并随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各有患者50例。其中实验组患者微创减压打压植骨进行治疗,对照组患者使用传统的介入治疗方法进行治疗,对比观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:实验组患者治疗效果明显好于对照组,通过统计学方法进行检验分析,上述两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比较传统介入治疗方法,对股骨头坏死患者使用微创减压打压植骨方法进行治疗具有更好的治疗效果,因此,该方法值得在临床上进一步推广和使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect on the patients with ischemia necrosis of femoral head treated with minimally invasive core decompression, so as to provide scientific theoreticalbasis for the treatment of diseases. Methods: 100 cases with ischemia necrosis of femoral head were considered as the object of study, admitted in our hospital from 2007 to 2013, and they wererandomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 patients for each group. The patients in the experimental group were used minimally invasive core decompression for treatment, whilethe patients in the control group were treated using interventional therapy. The effect were observed and compared between the two groups of patients. Results: The treatment effect of experimentalgroup was significantly better than the control group, and it was significantly different among these two groups analyzed by statistical methods(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with traditionalmethod for ischemia necrosis of femoral head, it had better treatment effect for using minimally invasive core decompression.
