分区进水式D-A~2O技术处理污水的经济效益分析研究

【摘要】 设计了分区进水式D-A~2O小试反应装置,进行生活污水处理的试验研究。系统的最佳运行参数包括:厌氧池、缺氧池分区进水比例=8:2,水力停留时间(HRT)为6h时,混合液回流比(R)为200%,污泥回流比(r)为100%,两系列厌氧/缺氧交替运行时间(DAOT)为1h。在上述最佳运行参数下,分区进水式D-A~2O反应器均可维系较为显著的高效稳定性。基于试验分析结果,分析了分区进水式D-A~2O反应器处理生活污水的经济效益。与传统A~2O相比,分区进水式D-A~2O反应器基建费用减少5.2%,运行费用减少22.5%。因此,分区进水式D-A~2O反应器将节约污水处理总费用合计约27.7%。

【Abstract】 divisional influent D-A~2O reactor was designed to treat sewage. The results of 8 months indicated that the optimal operational parameters were conclusion as follow: the divisional influent of anaerobic and anoxia was 8:2; the hydraulic retention time(HRT) was 6h; the mixed-liquor return ratio(R) was 200%, sludge return ratio(r) was 100%; the double anaerobic/anoxia alternative operating time(DAOT) was 1h. Under these conditions as above, the divisional influent D-A~2O reactor could maintain higher efficient and stabilization. Based on the results of trial, the Economic benefit of divisional influent D-A~2O reactor in treatment of sewage was analyzed. As compared with A~2O, the capital cost of divisional influent D-A~2O reactor could be reduced 5.2%, and the operation cost could be reduced 22.5%. As a result, the total cost of divisional influent D-A~2O reactor could be reduced 27.5%.
