【摘要】 与钢锭质量直接相关的锻件合格率和钢锭的利用率是钢锭生产企业竞争力提升的两个关键问题。本文结合生产企业锻件质量统计和检测,对钢锭质量问题进行了梳理与分析,提出了以改进钢锭中心疏松重点方向,进而解决钢锭中心质量问题的思路。分析了引入振动的可行性并提出了具体实施建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 the utilization ratio of the ingots and the quality of forged parts directly determined by the ingot quality are two key aspects to the ingot production plants.In this paper,the ingot quality problems is classified and analyzed based on the production.It is pointed out that the main direction to solve the quality problems is the porosity.That is related with other quality problems in ingot center.Availability on installation of vibration equipment is discussed and some practical suggestion was given.更多还原
