【Abstract】 In this paper, a silicon drift detector(SDD) detector and its readout electronic for X-ray generator were described. The integrated SDD detector was composed by a high-performance silicon drift detector crystal, field-effect transistor(FET) and Peltier effect cooler. The detector readout system completed the detector signal processing, and provided supply for bias voltage and cooler current. Finally, the energy spectrum of X-ray Generator was shown in this paper.更多还原
