【摘要】 1例50岁卵巢浆液性交界性肿瘤患者行全子宫、双侧附件及大网膜部分切除术后接受紫杉醇联合卡铂化疗(紫杉醇150 mg/m2静脉滴注,第1天;卡铂按剂量时间浓度曲线下面积(AUC)=5静脉滴注,第1天;21 d为1个周期)。第3周期化疗后患者出现双手手指麻痛,呈持续性、进行性加重,放射至肘关节。给予口服卡马西平和甲钴胺后未缓解。考虑患者症状与化疗药物有关,暂停辅助化疗,给予泼尼松、瑞巴派特、注射用鼠神经生长因子、甲钴胺等对症治疗。14 d后,患者疼痛症状减轻。半年后随访,患者右侧大鱼际肌轻度萎缩,双侧食指和中指掌面感觉减退。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 50-year-old woman patient with serous borderline tumor received chemotherapy with paclitaxel and carboplatin after undergoing total hysterectomy and bilateral ovarian and greater omentum resection.Each chemotherapy cycle lasted 21 days.During the chemotherapy cycle,paclitaxel was injected intravenous at the dose of 150 mg/m2,and carboplatin was used through intravenous injection in accordance with AUC.After the third chemotherapy cycle,,the patient’s fingers developed persistent and progressive numbness which could radiate to the elbow.After treatment with carbamazepine and mecobalamin,the symptoms were not relieved.Thus the adverse reactions may be caused by chemotherapy drugs.So the chemotherapy was paused temporarily,and prednisone,rebamipide,mouse Nerve Growth Factor for Injection and mecobalamin were used to alleviate the symptoms,which was significantly eased after fourteen days.After six months,the results of follow-up visit showed that there were slighter atrophy in right thenar muscle,and hypoesthesia in bilateral index finger and middle finger palm.更多还原
