【摘要】 目的:分析门诊处方的质量和用药情况,促进处方书写规范化、标准化,提高处方质量,推动临床合理用药。方法:抽取实习所在医院2013年1月至12月的门诊处方共382605张,采取图表方式进行分类统计,解析门诊处方存在的问题。结果:不合格处方286张,占总处方量的0.07%;其中统计的不规范处方、不适宜处方和超常处方比例中,用药不适宜处方所占比例最大,共191张,占不合格处方量的66.8%;调查不同职称医师开具处方质量中,高、中职称医师处方合格率相同,高于初等职称医师;调查不同科室处方质量中,肿瘤科处方合格率较低,占99.2%。结论:本院门诊西药处方质量基本合理,但仍然存在较多问题,根据情况应加大处方管理办法的实施力度,加强处方的监督检查,提高处方质量,促进合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis of the quality of outpatient prescription and medications,promoting prescription writing standardization,improving the quality of prescription and to promote clinical rational drug use.Methods Extracting Januaryto December in 2013,a total of 382,605 outpatient prescriptions in a hospital where I practice in,take the charts to classify and statistics,analysis the problems in outpatient prescriptions.Results unqualified prescription 286,accounting for 0.07 percent in the prescribed amount;Among the irregularities prescriptions,inappropriate prescriptions and extraordinary prescriptions,the largest proportion of prescription medication is the inappropriate prescriptions,a total of 191,accounting for 66.8 percent in unqualified prescriptions;Investigation of different physicians’ quality of prescriptions,the high title and medium title physicians have the same pass rates.,higher than the elementary title physicians;Investigation of different departments in the quality of prescriptions,the prescription pass rate is low in the oncology,accounting for 99.2 percent.Conclusion The hospital outpatient prescription medicine quality is reasonable,but there are still many problems.According to the situation,hospital should intensify efforts to implement the prescription management practices,strengthen supervision,improve quality and promote rational drug use.更多还原
