【摘要】 目的:研究清温解毒汤提取物体内对流感病毒的防治作用。方法:小鼠乙醚浅麻醉下经鼻滴入流感病毒,研究清温解毒汤提取物对小鼠的死亡保护作用及对小鼠肺指数的影响。结果死亡保护实验显示,清温解毒汤提取物中、高剂量能够明显延长小鼠的平均存活时间,抑制肺肿胀。结论清温解毒汤提取物具有一定的抗流感病毒作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the protective effect of extracts from qingwenjiedu Tang against flu virus in mice.Methods:In the pneumonia model infected by FM1 viral,to prove the death protective effect and preventive and curative effect of extracts from qingwenjiedu Tang to influenza virus pneumonia mice.Results:The mice lifetime can be extended and the death protective effect was satisfying.The influenza virus can be inactivated directly and the titer can also be reduced.Conclusion:Extracts from qingwenjiedu Tang has obvious effect on anti-influenza virus activity.更多还原
