【摘要】 目的:研制大川芎提取物鼻腔给药用离子敏感即型凝胶,并对其毒性进行初步评价。方法:以去乙酰结冷胶为凝胶材料,以甘露醇为渗透压调节剂,醋酸洗必泰为防腐剂制备大川芎提取物鼻腔给药用离子敏感即型凝胶。结果:去乙酰结冷胶用量是0.4%,甘露醇用量是5%,醋酸洗必泰用量是0.02%。本鼻腔喷雾剂不会对用药者的局部组织产生明显的刺激作用。对蟾蜍上颚粘膜纤毛毒性无明显影响。结论:大川芎提取物鼻腔给药用离子敏感即型凝胶的处方初步设计合理,可进一步研究开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To prepare and evaluate the in situ gels of dachuanxiong extract.Methods:The formulations were screened by the application of deacetylated gellan gum as the gel matrix.Mannitol was used to be osmotic pressure regulator and chlorhexidine acetate was preservative.Results:The quantity of deacetylated gellan gum,Mannitol and chlorhexidine acetate were 0.4%,5% and 0.02% respectively.This in situ gels don’t affect the stimulation on the local tissue and toad palate mucociliary.Conclusion:The formula of the situ gels of dachuanxiong extract is reasonable and it is worth doing further research.更多还原
