变性淀粉在胶囊上的应用

【摘要】 胶囊广泛用于药品、保健品和功能食品中。针对当前动物明胶胶囊存在的不足,植物胶囊在安全性上具有明显的优势。其中变性淀粉作为明胶的替代品被广泛研究,本文综述了变性淀粉在胶囊上的应用,展望了变性淀粉胶囊的发展前景。

【Abstract】 Capsule is widely used in medicine,health care products and functional food.Comparing with animal gelatin capsules,plant capsule has obvious advantage in security.The modified starch as a substitute for gelatin is widely studied,this article summarizes the application of modified starch on the capsule,introducing the prospects for the development of modified starch capsule.
