【摘要】 北京高速公路边坡喷播绿化的常用灌木种子有紫穗槐、胡枝子和荆条等,选取此三种灌木种子,用赤霉素浸泡的方法促进其发芽,选出最优有效浓度及通用有效浓度,旨在一定程度上解决因灌木种子发芽慢、竞争力弱于草种而不能在边坡形成以灌木为主的固坡群落问题。具体为在室内进行种子标准发芽试验,对数据进行了差异显著性检验及LSD多重比较,结果表明:1)促进紫穗槐发芽的最优有效赤霉素浓度为200 mg/L;促进胡枝子发芽的最优有效赤霉素浓度为220 mg/L;促进荆条发芽的最优有效赤霉素浓度为100 mg/L;2)对促进三种灌木种子发芽均有效的通用赤霉素浓度为100 mg/L;3)三种灌木种子的发芽情况横向对比发现,紫穗槐种子相比其他两种种子发芽情况较好,推荐边坡绿化时多用紫穗槐作为灌木先锋种。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seeds of Amorpha fruticosa L.,Lespedeza bicolor and Vitex negundo var. heterophylla are frequently used for external-soil spray seeding technology in highway slope protection in Beijing. The study chose the three kinds of seeds as test objects and used the way of soaking by different concentration of gibberellin to promote germination. The target is to choose the best exclusive and universal concentration of gibberellin for three kinds of seeds to promote their germination and then solve the problem of forming the shrub-based phytocenosis which mainly caused by the weakness of shrub seeds comparing with herb seeds. The best concentration of gibberellin was chosn by proceeding the standard germination laboratory test. The study tested the data’s significance of variation in the confidence level of 95% and also did the LSD multiple comparison. The results are as follows: 1) The best exclusive concentration of gibberellin for the seeds of Amorpha fruticosa L. is 200mg/L; The best exclusive concentration of gibberellin for the seeds of Lespedeza bicolor is 220mg/L; The best exclusive concentration of gibberellin for the seeds of Vitex negundo var. heterophylla is 100mg/L; 2) The effective universal concentrate of gibberellin for all three kinds of seeds is 100mg/L; 3) The seeds of Amorpha fruticosa L. are found to be the best by comparing the germination status of three kinds of seeds,therefore Amorpha fruticosa L. can be used as pioneer seeds for external-soil spray seeding technology in highway slope protection.更多还原
