粉末活性炭逆流二级吸附水中的亚甲基蓝
METHYLENE BLUE REMOVAL FROM AQUEOUS SOLUTION BY POWDERED ACTIVATED CARBON COUNTERCURRENT TWO-STAGE ADSORPTION

【摘要】 采用了一种新的吸附方法,即逆流二级吸附,利用商业级粉末活性炭(PAC)吸附去除水溶液中的亚甲基蓝(MB),实现了PAC的逆流吸附。结果表明,在同样0.8 g/L的PAC投量、MB初始浓度为100 mg/L的条件下,一级吸附的去除率为75%左右,逆流二级吸附为98%左右,去除率比一级吸附提高了30%。建立了逆流二级吸附理论计算方法,其计算值与实验值的平均相对误差为2.83%,该方法是可行的。常温下,商业级PAC对MB的吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程,最大吸附量为101.0 mg/g,吸附动力学符合拟二级速率方程。
【Abstract】 With an innovative adsorption method,countercurrent two-stage adsorption,methylene blue( MB) was removed from aqueous solution by commercial powdered activated carbon( PAC) adsorption and countercurrent adsorption for PAC was performed. The results showed that with the same PAC dose of 0. 8 g/L and initial MB concentration of 100 mg/L,MB removal rate was about 75% for one-stage adsorption,and was about 98% for countercurrent two-stage adsorption,which was30% higher than that of one-stage adsorption. A calculation method for countercurrent two-stage adsorption was establish,and the validity of the method was confirmed by a mean deviation of 2. 83% between calculated and experimental vales. At the ambient temperature,the isotherms fitted with the Langmuir equation,and the maximum sorption capacity of commercial PAC for MB was 101. 0 mg/g. The adsorption kinetics fitted to a pseudo-second-order equation.
