超声与匀浆联合破解剩余污泥的实验研究

【摘要】 为提高剩余污泥破解效果,分别采用超声及超声-匀浆联合工艺对剩余污泥进行破解,选择污泥破解上清液的溶解性化学需氧量(SCOD)、总氮(TN)、细胞破碎率(DDCOD)和效能比(EDR)等作为评价指标。结果表明:超声破解效果随着时间延长而增加,但能耗也随之增大;联合工艺破解污泥的效果优于单独超声效果;联合工艺最佳条件为超声2 min后再进行匀浆破解7 min,此时SCOD、TN的浓度分别为3 647.23,302.893 mg/L,DDCOD为42.24%,EDR为0.03 mg/k J;超声与匀浆联合工艺能实现剩余污泥的有效破解,具有良好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 To improve the effect of sludge disintegration,ultrasonic and combined ultrasonic + homogenate methods were used to disintegrate the excess sludge.The soluble chemical oxygen demand(SCOD),total nitrogen(TN),disintegration degree(DDCOD) and energy disintegration ratio(EDR) were selected as the evaluation indexes.The results showed that the disintegration effect of ultrasonic increased with time accompanied with energy consumption increasing.The combined method presented better sludge disintegration effect than ultrasonic method.The optimal operation parameters were ultrasonic treatment for 2 min firstly and then homogenate treatment for 7 min.Under the optimal parameters,SCOD,TN,DDCODand EDR were3 647.23 mg/L,302.893 mg/L,42.24% and 0.03 mg/k J,respectively.The combined method could disintegrate the excess sludge effectively and had good prospects in application.
