一体式污水处理系统处理农村生活污水的中试

【摘要】 在传统合并净化槽基础上,结合农村化粪池,辅以自制除磷填料,制成一体式污水处理系统。为探究该污水处理系统的运行效果,用农村生活污水进行中试研究,考察了不同水力停留时间和混合液回流比对COD、氨氮、总磷、总氮的去除效果。结果表明:污水处理系统在HRT为4 d,回流比为200%时,COD和氨氮去除率保持在90%以上,总磷去除率高达80%以上,TN去除率最高可达到79.3%。出水水质达到生活污水一级排放标准,可以在部分农村地区推广应用。

【Abstract】 Based on the traditional johkasou,an integrated sewage treatment system was made by combining with the rural septic tank and assisting by self-phosphorus filler.In order to explore running effect of system,the removal efficiencies of COD,NH3-N,TP and TN in different hydraulic retention time and mixture reflux ratio were investigated by a pilot study using rural sewage.The results showed that when the HRT was 4 d and the reflux ratio was 200%,the removal rates of COD and NH4-N remained at 90%,TP were over 80%,and the maximum removal rate of TN was 79.3%.The water quality of the effluent reached the first class discharge standard of domestic sewage,which could be popularized in some rural areas.
