水泥—矿渣体系水化进程和微结构演变的数值模拟

【摘要】 基于数字图像基技术开发一种用于模拟水泥—矿渣二元体系水化进程和微结构演变的数值模型,通过计算机模拟将水泥基复合材料的整个拌制过程特别是水泥的水化过程在计算机上进行生动的可视化仿真,为水泥基复合材料耐久性的研究和发展提供了一种新思路。通过该模型获取了不同配合比下(水胶比为0.35,矿渣取代O%,30%,50%,80%水泥)水泥—矿渣体系水化过程中水化产物和毛细孔数目及空间分布的演变规律。结果表明:通过实验验证,该水化模型能较好的呈现水泥—矿渣体系水化过程中的基本演变规律,揭示了矿渣与水泥基的交互作用,为水泥—矿渣水泥基材料的配合比设计奠定理论基础。
【Abstract】 Based on digital image technology,a numerical model for simulating hydration process and microstructureal evolution in cement-slag system is developed,with which one can simulute visually the mixing process of cement-based composite material,especially the cement’s hydration process on the computer,providing a new idea for the research and development of the endurance of the ce ment-based composite materials.The amount and distribution of hydration products and pore in Cement-fly ash systems with different design ratios(replacing 0%,10%,30%and 50%cement in mass respectively with 0.35 w/b) are obtained by this model.The results show that this hydration model can simulate preferably the fundamental evolution laws of hydration and reveal the interaction between cement and slag in cement-slag system which can lay the theoretical foundation of ratio design in cement-slag systemby the experiment.
