Si基陶瓷表面环境障涂层的研究进展
Developments of Environmental Barrier Coatings on the Si-based Ceramics

【摘要】 硅基非氧化物陶瓷SiC、Si3N4是最有可能取代镍基高温合金作为在发动机热端部件中使用的高温结构材料。但是,在高温水汽的环境中,硅基陶瓷易受到高温水汽的腐蚀,生成挥发性产物造成陶瓷表面结构退化、尺寸减小,使其在工作环境中稳定性不足。在高温结构材料表面制备一层环境障涂层(EnvironmentalBarrier Coatings,简称EBCs)是解决这一难题的有效方法。该涂层能够在腐蚀性介质、高速气流冲刷等恶劣环境设立一道屏障,阻止或减小环境对材料性能的影响,提高陶瓷基体的稳定性。本文回顾了环境障涂层的发展历史,并重点对多种环境障涂层体系的性能进行了介绍和评价。
【Abstract】 Non-oxide silicon-based ceramics,such as silicon nitride(Si3N4) or silicon carbide(SiC) are the leading candidate materials to displace Ni-based superalloys for high temperature structural components in the next generation gas turbine engines.However,silicon-based ceramics will be corroded by the water vapor corrosion in high temperature case to form volatile substances,leading to degeneration of structural components during application.For practical applications,it is necessary to fabricate gas-tight environmental barrier coatings(EBCs) on the silicon-based ceramics in order to preventing high water-vapor corrosion separation and improving stability of silicon-based ceramics.In this paper the process of EBCs development was reviewed and the advantages and disadvantages of several EBCs were discussed.
