【摘要】 本试验以中国石竹花瓣为材料,对9种花色的色素成分进行了分析,并对其花青苷含量进行了测定。发现9种石竹花瓣中都含有黄酮类化合物;除纯白色花,其余花色含有花青素,且花青苷含量随花色呈色面积的增加而增加;石竹花色中不含叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、橙酮,查耳酮。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pigment composition analysis and anthocyanin content were assayed in different flowers of Dianthus chinensis L.The results showed that flavonoids were detected in the 9 Dianthus chinensis L.petals.Except for white flower anthocyandins were detected in the others.The contents of anthocyanin had a positive relation with the size of petal coloration within certain sizes.No chlorophyll,carotenoid,aurones and chalcones were detected in the flowers of Dianthus chinensis L.更多还原
