南瓜幼苗期白粉菌的侵染过程与材料抗性间的关系

【摘要】 南瓜白粉病给生产带来了一定的经济损失。本试验对不同南瓜品种侵染白粉菌后的病情指数、侵染过程和叶绿素三个指标进行观察。结果表明:中国南瓜自交系"112-2"的病情指数比"九江轿顶"品种的病情指数低。在南瓜白粉病病原菌侵染过程中发现,"九江轿顶"和中国南瓜自交系"112-2"在接菌后12h分生孢子开始从侧面长出芽管,接茵24h后,孢子开始形成菌丝,接菌48h后,菌丝扩展生长,接菌72h后,菌丝大量生长,形成网状,接菌96h后,菌丝交错生长,形成分生孢子梗,接菌120h,分生孢子梗明显。但"九江轿顶"品种比中国南瓜自交系"112-2"发生白粉菌侵染的过程迅速。"九江轿顶"品种在接菌后的叶绿素含量均高于中国南瓜自交系"112-2"(24h除外)。病情指数越高代表其抗性越弱,植株所受到白粉菌侵染的速度越快,反之,植株受到白粉菌侵染的速度越慢。叶绿素与病情指数和白粉菌侵染过程的快慢没有明显关系。

【Abstract】 Pumpkin powdery mildew brings some economic losses to production.In this study,the disease index,infection process and chlorophyll content of different pumpkin cultivars were observed.The results showed that the disease index of Chinese Pumpkin Inbred Line "112-2" was lower than that of "Jiujiang jiaoding ".In the process of pathogen infection of pumpkin powdery mildew, "Jiujiang jiaoding" and Inbred Line "112-2" began to grow the bud tube from the side at12 h after inoculation(hpi),After 24 h,the spores began to form hyphae,After 48 h of inoculation,mycelial growth,After inoculation with 72 h,the hyphae grew in a large amount,forming a network,After 96 h inoculation,the hyphae grew and formed conidia,Inoculation 120 h,conidia obvious.But "Jiujiang jiaoding " varieties showed more rapid occurrence of powdery mildew infection than Inbred Line "112-2".The chlorophyll content of "Jiujiang jiaoding " varieties after inoculation was higher than that of Inbred Line "112-2"(except 24 h).The higher the disease index represents the resistance of plants is weak by powdery mildew infection faster,on the contrary,the plants were powdery mildew infection more slowly.There was no significant relationship between chlorophyll and disease index and the speed of infection of powdery mildew.
