最速下降法在核电站气载流出物排放优化控制中的应用

【摘要】 本文是国内首次利用最速下降分析方法进行核电站气载流出物排放优化控制的详细的实例研究。核电站气载流出物排放的优化控制需要综合考虑环境效益、经济效益和社会效益等多方面因素,本文综合考虑了关键居民组的个人有效剂量、职业人员个人有效剂量、公众集体有效剂量、废物治理费用和公众反应等因素的影响,通过问卷调查的方式,得出不同利益代表者和相关方对核电站气载流出物排放控制考虑的意愿指数。最后利用最速下降分析方法在直角坐标系中寻求一个点,使其到利益代表者和相关方的距离之和最小,亦即尽可能满足各影响因素的点,此点具有唯一性。严格来说,此点对应的气载流出物排放值是一种折中的"满意解"。
【Abstract】 This paper is the first by the steepest descent analysis method with the case study of nuclear power plant airborne effluent emissions optimization control.Optimization of airborne effluence from nuclear power plant control requires a comprehensive consideration of environmental benefits,economic benefits and social benefits and other factors,considering the influence of individual effective dose of critical population group,occupation personnel individual effective dose,the public collective effective dose,waste treatment cost and public opinion and other factors,through the questionnaire survey that way,different interest groups and stakeholders of the nuclear power station,airborne effluent emission control considering appetite index.Finally,by using the steepest descent analysis method to seek a point in Cartesian coordinate system,enable it to represent the interests of persons and stakeholders of the distance and the minimum,i.e.,as far as possible to meet the point of each influence factor,this point is unique.Strictly speaking,this corresponds to the airborne effluent emission values is a compromise "satisfactory solution".
