(U-Mo)-Al燃料板芯体铀分布均匀性改进研究

【摘要】 为改善(U-Mo)-Al燃料板铀均匀性,研究了混料方式和芯坯端部形状对芯体铀均匀性的影响。采用转盘式混料机和特制三维混料机对U-Mo粉和Al-Si粉进行混合对比试验,采用传统平角和特制削角芯坯成型模具压制了三种端部形状不同的(U-Mo)-Al燃料芯坯。采用氧化还原滴定法测定混合粉的铀含量;采用γ射线吸收法检测燃料板铀均匀性,采用光学显微镜观察芯体微观形貌。分析结果表明:相对二维混料,三维混料提高了粉末均匀混合程度,极大改善了燃料板均匀区的铀均匀性,但对"狗骨"区铀均匀性没有积极作用。芯坯端部形状对(U-Mo)-Al燃料板"狗骨"区铀均匀性具有重大影响。平角芯坯制成的燃料板"狗骨"程度较严重;双面削角芯坯制成的燃料板"狗骨"程度加剧;单面削角芯坯制成的燃料板芯体端部厚度渐薄,无断裂和较长的燃料拖尾,"狗骨"程度得到明显改善。验证试验结果表明:采用三维混料和单面削角芯坯,(U-Mo)-Al燃料板均匀区铀均匀性全部控制在±12%以内,"狗骨"区铀均匀性全部控制在±20%以内。

【Abstract】 To improve uranium homogenization of(U-Mo)-Al fuel,the effect of mixing method and compact end shape on uranium homogenization in fuel meat was studied.Mixing contrast experiment of U-Mo powder and Al-Si powder was made by rotating pan mixer and special tridimensional mixer.Three(U-Mo)-Al fuel compacts of different end shape were respectively pressed by using traditional forming mould for flat angle compact and special forming mould for cutting angle compact.Uranium content of mixing powder was determined by oxidation-reduction titration.Uranium homogenization of fuel plate was detected by y ray absorption method.Microstructure of the fuel meat was observed by optical microscopy.Results were as follows:Compared with two-dimension mixing,mixing extent of powder was increased by tridimensional mixing,which improved uranium homogenization in homogenous zone of(U-Mo)-Al fuel plate greatly,but there was no positive effect for uranium homogenization in dog-bone zone.Fuel compact end shape has a great influence on uranium homogenization of fuel plate "dog-bone" zone.Fuel plate made of flat angle compact has obvious "dog-bone"; "Dog-bone" extent was aggravated in fuel plate made of double-sided cutting angle compact;Meat thickness tended to small at the end of fuel plate meat made of single-side cutting angle compact,and fractured fuel and long trailing phenomenon was not found,the extent of "dogbone " was improved obviously.Verification test results showed that uranium homogenization of(UMo)-Al fuel plate was improved greatly by using the tridimensional mixing and single-side cutting angle compact;Uranium homogenization in homogenous zone could be controlled in the range of ±12%,and uranium homogenization in dog-bone zone could be controlled in the range of ±20%.
