吉林农安油页岩地下原位裂解先导试验工程

【摘要】 介绍了吉林农安油页岩地下原位裂解先导试验工程。通过对地层岩心的分析选定井位,在吉林农安地区施工了3口油页岩勘探井,并在开采区周围施工6口监测井,建设地下、地表设施以及施工设备安装调试,然后进行了注热井和开采井的射孔与压裂。详细介绍了TS-A法原位裂解油页岩的原理及其在本工程中的应用情况,通过试验时的现象与数据对地下原位裂解工艺的应用做出了评价,同时对周围生态环境的影响做了评估。通过试验得出TS-A法原位裂解技术能够满足吉林农安地区油页岩地下原位裂解需要,本工程也为后期油页岩地下原位裂解开采储存了技术与经验。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the oil shale underground in-situ pyrolysis pilot project in Nongan Jilin.Through the analysis of the selected wells formations,construct 3 oil shale exploration wells and 6 monitoring wells,underground and surface facilities,equipment installation and debugging,then perforating and fracturing the hot injection and production wells.In this paper,the principle of TS-A method for in-situ pyrolysis of oil shale and its application in this project are introduced in detail,and evaluate the application of In-situ pyrolysis process by the phenomena and data among test and the surrounding ecological environment.The field application show that TS-A method could satisfy the underground in-situ pyrolysis in Nongan Jilin,and this project also stores the technology and experience for the later oil shale underground in-situ pyrolysis.
