【摘要】 实践教学体系是高等农业院校整个教学活动中的重要组成部分,是培养创新型人才的重要手段,对培养农业大学学生的创新型人才尤为重要,对学生实践能力和创新精神的培养具有重要意义。种子科学与工程专业是一个专业性、实践性和创新性很强的专业,构建"1+1+1"全程导师制和项目引导教学制,坚持四年不断线、分层次、分阶段多元化的实践教学模式,训练学生的专业技能和动手能力,培养学生发现、分析和解决问题的能力,增强学生创新思维和团队协作的能力。尤其是学生到种业开展阶段性的实践实习,获得作物育种、种子生产加工销售和质量控制等实际知识,熟悉现代种子产业以及其种业文化,形成必要的职业索质和职业道德。为培养现代种业喜爱和欢迎的专业创新型专业人才,探索了一套切实可行的种子科学与工程专业的实践教学人才培养方法和途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Practice teaching program of higher agriculture universities an important part of the whole education activity,also an important means of cultivating training innovative student’s talents,is particularly important for developing agricultural university students’ innovative training,also is great significance for the cultivation of student’s practice ability and innovation spirit.Seed Science and Technology major is a specialized,practical and innovative strong professional.Build "1+1+1" the entire tutorial system and project to guide teaching system,persist in the four years of continuous line,hierarchical,phases of diversified practice teaching mode,training students’ professional skills and operation ability,training the students’ ability to discover,analyze and solve problems,enhance students’ innovative thinking and team cooperation ability.Especially the students go to the practice of the seed industry to carry out the periodic internship,obtain crop breeding,seed production,processing and sales and seed quality control,etc actual knowledge;familiar with modern seed industry and its seed companies culture,form the necessary professional quality and professional ethics.To cultivate modern seed industry love and welcome professional creative professionals,to explore a set of viable seeds of science and engineering major practice teaching training ways and means.更多还原
