基于关联分析的黄麻种子萌发速率优异种质发掘

【摘要】 黄麻是仅次于棉花的天然纤维作物,其轻简化栽培是世界上黄麻生产的趋势,种子萌发速率快的种质筛选有助于高种子活力品种选育和轻简化栽培。本研究通过测定不同来源的320份黄麻品种(系)的萌发速率,结合993个SSR标记,采用关联分析法签定出与萌发速率相关的SSR标记。结果表明,黄麻小同品种(系)的萌发速率在47.84%~95.93%之间,变异系数是18.86%,表现出广泛的变异。共检测出12个与黄麻品种(系)的萌发速率存在显著相关的SSR分子标记,单标记表型解释变异范围为2.66%~9.42%。签定出优异的载体材料7份,分别为粤圆4号、东莞青皮、梅峰4号、加利青茎红果、台南农场、福农1号、93繁-8。这些结果既鉴定了优异种质,又为黄麻高种子活力的分子标记辅助育种提供资源。
【Abstract】 Jute is a natural fiber crop second to cotton.Simplifiedcultivation for jute have become popular in recent years in the world.Screening germplasm with fast germination speed is helpful to simplifiedcultivation and develop the elite varieties with high seed vigor.In this study,germination speed from 320 different jute accessions was determined.Subsequencely,correlation between 993 SSR markers and germination speed was identified by association analysis.The results showed that germination speed varied from 47.84%to 95.93%,and the coefficient of variation was 18.86%,indicating there is wide variation of germination speed.Using single marker analysis,a total of 12 SSR markers were found to be significantly related to germination speed,and the explained phenotypic variation of single marker ranged from 2.66%to 9.42%.Based on this result,7 accessions with elite alleles were identified,such as Yueyuan 4,Dongguan Qingpi,MeiFeng 4,Giliqingjinghongguo,Tainannongchang,Funong 1,and 93 Fan-8.These results will not only provide excellent germplasm,but also provide resources for molecular marker assisted breeding of high seed vigor in jute.
