不同置种方式对农作物种子发芽试验的影响

【摘要】 在种子发芽试验中,经常会看到因随机置种而引起幼苗发育不整齐、整齐度差、幼芽弯曲生长等现象,影响种子发芽率的测定及种子活力测定结果的重复性和稳定性。为了解不同置种方式对农作物种子发芽试验结果的影响,根据不同农作物种子的形态构造,设置6-13种置种方式,如胚向上,胚向下,胚斜向上,胚斜向下等,对常见农作物种子的发芽势,发芽率,发芽指数,平均发芽率等指标及幼苗株高、干重和鲜重进行了统计分析。结果表明,与对照(随机置种)相比,不同置种方式对种子发芽试验的试验结果有影响,尤其是发芽试验初期的幼苗生长数据差异显著,其中种子顶向下置种效果最差,种子胚面斜向上置种效果最好。建议农作物种子室内发芽试验中统一置种方式,采用种子胚面斜向上的方式进行置种,有利于获得整齐一致的幼苗,种子发芽试验的结果数据可靠、重复性好。

【Abstract】 In the seed germination test,the random seed planting positions caused the seedling growth rate is not consistent,bud growth bending,and other phenomena,which affects the repeatability and stability of measurement results of seed germination rate and seed vigor.In order to understand the effect of different seed planting positions on the germination test results,the experiments were carried out with six to thirteen types of seed planting positions on different crops,such as the embryo face upward,the embryo face downward,the embryo face upward with tilted 45°,and etc.The germination potential,germination rate,germination index,average germination rate,seedling height,dry weight and fresh weight of seedlings were analyzed statistically.The results showed that,compare with the CK(the random seed planting positions),the seed planting positions had different effects on seed germination test,especially in the early germination stage.The downward planting position of the seed was the worst,but the seed embryo face upward with tilted 45°was the best.The results suggested that corps seed should be carried out in the oblique way in seed germination test,which is helpful to obtain the uniform seedling.The results of germination test are reliable and reproducible.
