基于HDD的内河穿千斤设备及方案改进设计

【摘要】 随着我国内河航运业的不断发展,船舶事故也相应增多。穿千斤作业作为沉船打捞的关键技术之一,直接关系着打捞作业的成败。基于HDD技术的穿千斤作业克服了人工作业和机器人穿千斤的缺点,是当下较为流行的作业形式。考虑现有的基于HDD技术的穿千斤设备的不足,提出系统的一体化穿千斤设备方案设计,包括新型的导向架设计型式、探测与导向装置改进和固定装置设计。充分考虑不同作业环境差异,分析得到具体的穿千斤作业方案,满足不同作业水深下的穿千斤作业要求。
【Abstract】 With the continuous development of inland waterways in China, there is a corresponding increase in ship accidents. As one of the key technologies for the sunken ship salvage, passing lifting wires is directly related to the success of salvage operations. Technology based on the Horizontal Directional Drilling overcomes the shortcomings of manual work and robot operation, which is the most popular form of work in passing lifting wires. Considering the shortages of existing technology based on the HDD, Systematic conceptual design of integrated passing lifting wires facility was proposed, including the design of new type of guide frame and fixtures between agencies and improvement of detecting and guiding device. The operating condition’s differences were fully taken into account, and got the detailed passing lifting wires operation plan, which could meet the requirements of salvage under different water depth and provide detailed and specific guidance for the salvage operations in different environments.
