血液净化治疗重度有机磷农药中毒疗效比较

【摘要】 目的针对血液净化治疗重度有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效加以分析。方法抽取2012年3月至2014年9月在本院接受治疗的120例重度有机磷农药中毒患者,随机分成甲组、乙组以及丙组,各40例,其中甲组采取血浆置换加以治疗,乙组采取血液灌流加以治疗,丙组则采取血浆置换联合血液灌流治疗。对比分析这三组的胆碱酯酶活性恢复情况、患者中毒症状缓解情况、治疗周期以及死亡率。结果通过治疗后,丙组的胆碱酯酶活性恢复情况、患者中毒症状缓解情况明显优先于甲组、乙组(P<0.05);甲组、乙组的治疗周期以及死亡率明显高于丙组(P<0.05)。结论血浆置换以联合血液灌流治疗重度有机磷农药中度,安全有效,能够减少死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of blood purification for treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods:Extraction from March 2012 to September 2014 in our hospital treated 120 cases of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients were randomly divided into Group A.Group B and Group C.with 40 cases,of which Group A to take plasmapheresis treatment Part B hemoperfusion to take treatment.Group C will take plasmapheresis combined with hemoperfusion.Comparative analysis of these three groups of cholinesterase activity recovery,relief of symptoms in patients,treatment cycle and mortality.Results:After treatment,recovery of cholinesterase activity in Group C.relief of symptoms in patients with significant priority in Group A.Group B(P <0.05);Group A.Group B treatment cycles and mortality was significantly higher than Group C(P <0.05).Condosion:Plasma exchange in the United hemoperfusion moderately severe organophosphorus pesticides,safe,effective and can reduce mortality.更多还原
