中成药润肺止嗽丸对COPD大鼠炎性介质及细胞凋亡的影响

【摘要】 目的研究中成药润肺止嗽丸对慢性阻塞性肺疾病对大鼠细胞凋亡的影响,探讨其治疗CO)PD作用机制。方法通过随机数字法分为对照组、模型组、润肺止嗽丸提前治疗组、润肺止嗽丸治疗1个月(润肺组)和3个月组(润肺3月组):通过用润肺止嗽丸灌胃,进行血清检验:收集肺泡灌洗液:切取活体肺组织。光镜下观察CO)PD大鼠肺组织形态学变化。结果对照组与模型组MLI、MAN比较有显著性差异P<0.01。模型组与各治疗组与比较MLI、MAN值均P<0.05。统计学有差异。润肺组与润肺3月组MLI、MAN值比较P<0.05。结论润肺止嗽丸可以抑制COPD炎症反应。改善细胞凋亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Effects of Chinese traditional medicine lungs check cough Pill on the effect of cell apoptosis in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and to explore its therapeutic mechanism of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods By randomly divided into control group,model group,Runfei check cough pill early treatment group,Runfei check cough pill in the treatment of 1 month(lungs) group and 3months group(lungs in 3 months group);through the use of runfeizhisou bolus gavage serum test;bronchoalveolar lavage fluid;cut from lung tissues in vivo.Morphological changes of lung tissue in COPD rats were observed under light microscope.Results The control group and the model group MLI,MAN were significantly different P<0.01.The model group and the treatment group were compared with MLI,MAN values were P<0.05.Difference in statistics.Comparison between P<0.05 group and MLI group in March and MAN value,and.Conclusion The runfeizhisou pills can inhibit the inflammatory reaction of COPD and improve cell apoptosis.更多还原
