重组人表皮生长因子软膏对烧伤创面修复的促进作用

【摘要】 目的探讨重组人表皮生长因子软膏对烧伤创面修复的促进作用。方法选择我院2011年3月—2014年3月间收治的92例烧伤患者,按照不同的治疗方法,将患者随机分为两组(采用自身对照的研究方法 ),试验组按照常规方法清创后,采用重组人表皮生长因子软膏(rhECF)涂抹在创面,再以磺胺嘧啶银霜纱布覆盖,对照组清创后,单用磺胺嘧啶银霜纱布覆盖创面。比较两组方法的临床疗效,及对浅Ⅱ度及深Ⅱ度创面愈合时间、瘢痕形成率、感染率的影响,并对rhEGF软膏治疗烧伤的安全性进行分析。结果 92例患者中试验组临床总有效率为97.8%,显著大于对照组的81.5%;无论是浅Ⅱ度还是深Ⅱ度烧伤患者,其试验组的愈合时间,瘢痕形成率及感染均明显低于对照组;采用rhEGF软膏治疗过程中所有患者均无过敏性皮疹、全身不适、疼痛加重等不良反应发生,血尿常规,肝肾功能等也未见异常。结论 rhEGF对于治疗Ⅱ度烧伤临床疗效显著,可促进创面组织修复,加快创面愈合速度,减少瘢痕的形成,且无明显不良反应,安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor ointment on wound healing.Methods 92 cases of burn patients treated in our hospital from March 2011 to March were randomly divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The patients were randomly divided into groups.The experimental group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor ointment(rhEGF).The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.and the effect of the timet scar formation rate and infection rate of the wound healing timet scar formation rate and infection rate were analyzed.Results the total effective rate was 97.8%in the experimental group and 81.5%in the control group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group.The healing time,scar formation rate and infection were significantly lower than those in the control group.The patients in the treatment with rhEGF ointment had no allergic skin rash,the whole body discomfort,the aggravation of pain and other adverse reactions.Conclusion rhEGF has a significant effect on the treatment of second degree burn,which can promote wound healing,accelerate wound healing,reduce scar formation,and has no obvious adverse reactions.更多还原
