养阴扶正汤调控肿瘤细胞黏附蛋白因子抗肺癌的机制研究

【摘要】 通过养阴扶正汤抗肿瘤活性的体内实验,选取肿瘤血管新生相关的核心信号通路PI3K-AKT信号通路和与肺癌转移侵袭密切相关的关键指标肿瘤细胞黏附蛋白(E-cadherin、N-cadherin、Vimentin)为切入点进行研究,以期发现肿瘤微环境中的血管新生机制对肺癌转移的影响,进而对养阴扶正汤治疗肺癌远处转移的机制进行探讨。
【Abstract】 This paper is ready to discuss the topic start from selecting the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway in tumor angiogenesis and the key metrics of invasion and matastasis of lung cancer which consist of E-cadherin,N-cadherin,Vimentin by a method for studying YangYinFuZheng Decoction resist tumor activity in vivo esperiment.In order to discover the effect of angiogenin mechanism in the tumor mircroenvironment,then discuss the mechanism of YangYinFuZheng Decoction therapy for matastasis of lung cancer.
