食管癌患者术后血浆白蛋白和前白蛋白恢复情况与并发症的关系

【摘要】 目的研究食管癌患者术后血浆白蛋白(ALB)和前白蛋白(PA)恢复情况与并发症的关系。方法对84例食管癌患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。未发生并发症的患者为第1组,发生并发症的患者为第Ⅱ组。检测并统计所有患者术前1天、术后第1天、第3天和第7天的ALB和PA数值,观察手术前后ALB和PA变化情况与术后并发症的关系。结果 84例患者中37例术后出现并发症,47例无并发症发生。所有患者术后ALB和PA较术前均出现不同程度降低,Ⅰ组术后第1天ALB和PA数值与Ⅱ组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组术后第3天与第7天的ALB和PA数值与Ⅰ组相比均明显下降,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食管癌术后ALB和PA数值均会降低,恢复慢者预示术后并发症的发生机率会明显增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship of the serum alnumin and prealbumin levels with the complication about the patients after operation for esophogas cancer.Methods 84 esophageal cancer patients data were collected and retrospective analysis.The patients of no complications for the I group,and the patients with complications for the Ⅱ group.Observing and statistics the esophageal cancer patients datas with preoperative day 1 and postoperative day 1,3,7 days four times serum alnumin and prealbumin levels,observing the relationship of the serum alnumin and prealbumin levels with the complication about the patients after operation for esophogas cancer.Results 37 cases of postoperative complications in 84 patients,47 patients without complications.The serum alnumin and prealbumin postoperative levels of 84 patients were lower than preoperative.The postoperative day1 serum alnumin and prealbumin of Ⅰ group was no statistical significance than Ⅱ group(P>0.05).The postoperative day 3,7 serum alnumin and prealbumin of Ⅱ group was significantly lower than Ⅰ group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum alnumin and prealbumin postoperative levels were down after operation for esophogas cancer,the slower recovery indicates the occurrence probability of complication will increase obviously.更多还原
