重症手足口病患儿采用护理干预的效果评价

【摘要】 目的探讨护理干预在小儿重症手足口病中的应用效果;方法将我院2009年1月至2014年6月收治的重症手足口病患儿按入院时间顺序分为对照组和干预组,对照组给予常规护理,干预组行优质护理干预,对比两组的护理效果,记录住院时间、并发症发生率及家属满意度等指标。结果护理后,实行护理干预的干预组患儿的护理效果明显优于行常规护理的对照组,家属满意率明显提高,且其住院时间、并发症发生率显著降低。结论护理干预可有效改善重症手足口病患儿的临床症状,缩短住院时间,减少并发症,提高护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 objectlve to study the nursing intervention in the application effect in children with severe hand,foot and mouth disease) Methods from January 2009 to June 2014 were critically ill children with hand,foot and mouth disease in hospital time order is divided into control group and intervention group and control group given routine nursing care,intervention group lines of high quality nursing intervention,compared two groups of nursing effect,record the length of hospital stay,complications and family satisfaction index.Results after nursing,the children the nursing effect of nursing intervention group was obviously better than that of routine nursing group,family satisfaction rate increased significantly,and the length of hospital stay,complication rate significantly reduced.Conclusion nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with severe hand,foot and mouth disease,shorten hospitalization time,reduce the complications and improve nursing satisfaction.更多还原
