【摘要】 目的探讨外周血细胞形态改变对早期糖尿病肾病患者的影响。方法从我院2012年3月至2014年3月收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者中选取35例为观察组,另选同期在我院行健康体检的正常人员35例为对照组,对两组研究对象的外周血细胞形态进行检测。结果观察组患者MCV及MPV同对照组比较,明显较大,HCT及RDW-SD同对照组比较,明显较高,MCH同对照组比较,明显较多,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期糖尿病肾病患者,其外周血细胞形态会出现明显改变,可反映疾病的发生于发展,在糖尿病肾病的临床诊治中,具有重要指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ohjective To investigate the effect of peripheral blood cell morphology change on the early diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods from admitted in our hospital in March 2012 to 2014 march in early diabetic nephropathy patients selected 35 cases as the observation group,select the same period in our hospital health examination of the normal personnel 35 cases as control group,of two groups of subjects peripheral blood cell morphology were detected.Results the MCV and MPV in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the HCT and RDW-SD were significantly higher than that in the control group,and the MCH was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion in patients with early diabetic nephropathy) peripheral blood cell morphology can be significantly changed) which can reflect the development of the disease,in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy) has important guiding role.更多还原
