光学元件表面缺陷对高斯光束的调制作用研究

【摘要】 缺陷调制是激光应用领域一个常见的问题,本文根据菲涅耳衍射积分公式与角谱理论,推导了高斯光束经缺陷调制的解析表达式与并建立了角谱传输模型,根据所建立的模型模拟了不同情况下缺陷对于高斯光束光强、相位与角谱的影响。分析表明大尺寸、近距离缺陷对于光强的调制程度要大于小尺寸远距离缺陷并且大尺寸缺陷会使光束相位出现明显的起伏,且随着传输距离增加光束中心处的相位变化减小两端的相位变化增大;同时,缺陷使得光束的中高频区角谱增大,低频区角谱减小。

【Abstract】 Defect-induced intensity modulation is a common problem in laser applications.In this paper,a physical model of Gaussian beam modulation is developed with Fresnel diffraction theory and angular spectrum theory,an analytical expression of the Gauss beam which is modulated by defect is derived and the angular spectrum transmission model is established so as to meet the requirements of the quality of the beam in fabrication of grating.What’s more,this artical simulates the influence of the defect on the intensity,phase and the angular spectrum of the Gauss beam according to the established model.The analysis shows that the defect which has large size at short range mudulates light intensity stronger than the small and close.The large size defect will make the beam phase appear obvious fluctuation.With the increase of the transmission distance,the phase change in the center of the beam is decreased,however,the change of the edge phase is increasing.And the defect makes the angular spectrum of the high frequency region increases,and the angular spectrum of the low frequency region decreases.
