提高CCD探测器精密装调定位的研究

【摘要】 为了实现空间遥感器相机在大视场高分辨率下目标定位,采用对现有CCD相机焦面组件进行光学拼接。本文给出了一种新的长线阵拼接结构形式和光机装调方法,说明了CCD光学拼接的原理和方法,强调了拼接反射镜的高精度定位这项关键技术,结合空间结构基准转换装置建立空间位置模型矩阵关系,以及在此分析基础上所采用的能显著提高焦面拼接精度的装调方法。实际装调检测结果表明,CCD线阵直线性与重叠像元误差均优于1/5像元,共焦精度优于5μm,具有实际应用价值。
【Abstract】 To implement target localization based on wide-field and high-resolution in space camera,several pieces of CCD were assembled to meet the precision positioning requirements.This paper introduced the structure design of a long array and the principle of optical butting. In order to ensure the key techniques of mirror location accuracy, a new alignment method was proposed about standard transformation facility, mainly aimed at enhancing assembly accuracy of linear array CCD. This paper method can satisfy the linearity accuracy and overlapping pixels tolerance of 0.2 detector pixel CCD sizes. And can meet 5μm confocal accuracy also; it has practical value.
