体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染的多因素Logistic回归分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染的影响因素。方法:回顾分析了浙江大学医学院附属第二医院国际保健中心2013年1月到2013年12月期间同时行胃镜检查及病理和13C尿素呼气试验的健康体检者共575例。选择10个可能会影响幽门螺杆菌感染的因素:性别、年龄、吸烟、饮酒、血压、血糖、血脂、体重指数、是否有高血压和/或糖尿病史、胃镜及病理是否提示严重胃炎(包括活动性胃炎和/或萎缩和/或肠化和/或溃疡),建立幽门螺杆菌感染的Logistic回归模型。结果:组间比较可见,仅胃镜及病理是否提示严重胃炎有统计学意义。单因素分析同样提示:仅胃镜及病理是否提示严重胃炎有统计学意义。多因素logistic回归分析发现性别、胃镜及病理是否提示严重胃炎者、有高血压和/或糖尿病史者HP阳性有统计学意义。结论:幽门螺杆菌感染与性别、是否有高血压和/或糖尿病史及胃镜及病理是否提示严重胃炎(包括活动性胃炎和/或萎缩和/或肠化和/或溃疡)独立相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the influence factors of the helicobacter pylori infection in the health physical examination population.Methods:Physical examination data from January 1st,2013 to December 31 th,2013was analyzed,which included 575 adults from International Health Centre,the Second Affiliated Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine.Select 10 may affect H.pylori infection factors:gender,age,smoking,alcohol consumption,blood pressure,blood sugar,cholesterol,body mass index,whether hypertension and / or diabetes mellitus history,whether the endoscopy and pathology prompted severe gastritis(including active gastritis and / or atrophy and / or intestinal metaplasia and / or ulcers).Helicobacter pylori infection rates were analyzed with logistic.Results:Compared visible only whether endoscopy and pathology prompted severe gastritis statistically significant.Univariate analysis also Hint:only whether endoscopy and pathology prompted severe gastritis statistically significant.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender,whether endoscopy and pathology prompted severe gastritis,whether hypertension and / or diabetes mellitus history statistically significant.Conclusions:Helicobacter pylori infection was independently associated with gender,hypertension and / or diabetes mellitus history and whether the endoscopy and pathology prompted severe gastritis(including active gastritis and / or atrophy and / or intestinal metaplasia and / or ulcers).更多还原
