【摘要】 <正>A 65-year-old man presented with alternating ptosis and diplopia.Isolated ocular muscle impairment lasted for 5 years before he revealed fatigue.We initially diagnosed the patient with ocular myasthenia gravis.Azathioprine showed slight effect during the first 2months,but drug treatment revealed no effect subsequently.High frequency electroacupuncture
