带附加气室空气悬架非线性振动特性分析

【摘要】 在分析带附加气室空气悬架减振原理的基础上,基于空气动力学、工程热力学及流体力学等理论,建立了带附加气室空气悬架系统非线性数学模型,并应用MATLAB/SIMULINK软件进行仿真分析,得到节流阀孔开度、附加气室体积、激励振幅对悬架系统特性的影响规律。仿真分析表明,在低速大振幅激励输入下,带附加气室空气悬架具有较好地隔振效果,且振动特性与节流阀孔开度、附加气室体积、激励振幅密切相关。本研究可为低速车辆带附加气室空气悬架的优化设计与控制提供依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the theory of aerodynamics,engineering thermodynamics and fluid dynamics,a nonlinear mathematical model of the air suspension with auxiliary reservoir was established.By using the simulation software MATLAB/SIMULINK,some factors influencing on the vibration performance of the system were obtained.Simulation results showed that the air suspension with auxiliary reservoir had good isolation characteristics,and the vibration performance of the system was associated with throttle aperture area,additional air chamber volume and excitation amplitude.The study provides a theoretical basis for optimum design and control of the air suspension with auxiliary reservoir that is equipped to the low-speed vehicles.
