【摘要】 目的探讨狭窄空间(Confined Apace)事故的特点及医学应急救援策略。方法对参加5起狭窄空间事故进行医学应急救援的35例患者进行回顾性分析。结果 5起狭窄空间事故致伤36例,死亡14例,死亡率38.88%。结论数不清的狭窄空间意外造成了非常惨痛的人员伤亡,其根本的原因就在于相关人员未能清楚地认识到狭窄空间内部或邻近区域存在的危险或潜伏的危险,使得狭窄空间成为一个又一个"安静的杀手"。需引起大家的高度重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Investigate the characteristics and medical emergency rescue strategy of the narrow space accident <,Method We retrospectively analyzed 35 cases of patients with emergency rescue in the five narrow space accident..Results The five narrow space accident injury in 36 cases,14 patients died,mortality of 38.88%。 Conclusions Innumerable narrow space accident caused a very painful casualties。 The reason is that the relevant personnel failed to clearly recognize that the risk of narrow space within or adjacent to the existence or potential danger,making the narrow space into one another "quiet killer" 。 This requires a high degree of great importance。更多还原
