【摘要】 目的:检测新疆维、汉哮喘患者外周血CD4⁺T淋巴细胞中白细胞介素-2（IL-2）、白细胞介素-4（IL-4）mRNA的表达水平,比较其表达的差异在疾病中的作用。方法:免疫磁珠法分选外周血CD4+T细胞,实时荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测进行mRNA水平检测,采用2^-ΔΔCt法进行分析。哮喘患者150例,正常对照组101例,其中哮喘组中包括维吾尔族30例,汉族120例,正常对照组中包括维吾尔族35例,汉族66例。结果:哮喘组IL-2mRNA表达水平为（10.64±3.49）,高于对照组（9.51±3.32）,其差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）,其中维吾尔族哮喘患者（9.98±4.03）与汉族哮喘患者为（10.80±4.07）表达差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。哮喘组IL-4mRNA的表达水平为（9.92±2.21）,低于对照组（10.60±2.05）,其差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）,其中维吾尔族哮喘患者IL-4mRNA表达（10.69±2.99）高于汉族哮喘患者（9.74±1.88）,其差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:IL-2mRNA和IL-4mRNA的基因表达水平在哮喘组和正对照组之间有显著差异。IL-2mRNA基因表达水平在维吾尔族患者与汉族患者之间无明显差异,IL-4mRNA基因表达水平在维吾尔族患者与汉族患者之间有明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The experiments are conducted to investigate the expression levels of IL-2,IL-4mRNA of the CD4⁺T lymphocyte of peripheral blood of Uygur and Han asthma patients in Xinjiang,and to illustrate the effect of the differences between the two different nations on the disease.Methods Real time quantitative RT-PCR was applied to detect the expression levels of IL-2,IL-4 mRNA in 150 asthma patients and 101 controls.The asthma patients including 30 Uygur and 120 Han people,while the controls including 35 Uygur and 66 Han people.Results This study used 2^-△△Ct to analyze the data.The expression level of IL-2 mRNA in the asthma group（10.64±3.49） is higher than that in the control group（9.51±3.32）,with significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）.But there is no significant difference（P>0.05） between Uygur asthma patients（9.98±4.03） and Han asthma patients（10.80±4.07）.The expression level of IL-4 mRNA in the asthma group（9.92±2.21） is lower than the control group（10.60±2.05）,and the difference between the two groups is significant（P<0.05）,moreover there is significant difference（P<0.05） between Uygur（10.69±2.99） and Han asthma patients（9.74±1.88）.Conclusion The expression levels of IL-2 and IL-4 mRNA have significant differences between the asthma patients and the control.For the two nations,there is no significant difference of IL-2 mRNA between the Uygur and Han asthma patients,while the IL-4 mRNA between the two patient groups is significant.更多还原
