【摘要】 文中介绍了白色脂肪棕色化,并从转录因子(如PPAR-γ、PRDM16、PCG-1α等)、脂联素、NO调控等方面对白色脂肪组织棕色化调控机制作一简述。利用中医辨证论治,以苓桂术甘汤为温阳化痰代表方剂及其他温阳化痰方药,从白色脂肪棕色化的角度探讨治疗肥胖相关疾病的分子机制及中医治则治法,为从"痰湿"论治肥胖相关的代谢性疾病提供新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article will introduce the transformation between brown/white,and elaborate the pathogenesis of the transformation between brown/white adipocyte phenotypes regulated by transcription factors(such as PPAR-γ、PRDM16、PCG-lα,etc),adiponectin and NO.The syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) on the treatment,to Ling-Gui-Zhu-Gan Decoction for warming yang and resolving phlegm on behalf of the prescription,and other prescription warming yang and resolving phlegm,from the perspective of white adipose tissue browning investigate the molecular mechanism and TCM Treatment of treating obesity related diseases,and provide a new reference for treatment of metabolic diseases related to obesity from the theory of "phlegm".更多还原
