【摘要】 目的探讨乌鸡白凤丸治疗利培酮所致催乳素增高的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将58例应用利培酮治疗导致催乳素增高的女性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,研究组28例配合乌鸡白凤丸治疗,对照组维持原治疗不变,疗程4周,观察治疗前后血清催乳素及体重指数变化,采用副反应量表(TESS)评定患者治疗效果及安全性。结果治疗结束后,研究组血清催乳素明显低于入组前(t=7.624,p=0.000),对照组血清催乳素明显高于入组前(t=-3.228,p=0.003),研究组血清催乳素水平明显低于对照组(t=6.047,p=0.00)。研究组治疗前后体重指数无明显差异(t=-0.307,p=0.380),对照组治疗后体重指数明显高于治疗前(t=-1.834,p=0.036),治疗结束后,两组体重指数有明显差异(t=-2.481,p=0.008)。两组患者在治疗前后,不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论乌鸡白凤丸能够有效降低抗精神病物利培酮所致高催乳素血症,不增加患者的体重指数,为抗精神病药物所致高催乳素血症及继发的闭经等不良反应的预防提供有效的干预措施,提高患者对药物治疗的依从性,有效控制精神症状及预防病情复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction,that the Wuji Baifeng pills treatment hyperpro-lactinemia caused by risperidone.Methods58 cases of female schizophrenia patients with hyperpro-lactinemia caused by risperidone were randomly divided into two groups.The study group of 28 cases with Wuji Baifeng pills in the treatment of hyperpro-lactinemia,The control group of 30 cases maintain the original treatment,both of two groups were were observed for 4 weeks.The changes of serum prolactin and body mass index were observed before and after treatment.The side effects scale(TESS) assessment of patients the therapeutic effects and safety of.the side effects scale(TESS) assessment of patients the therapeutic effects and safety of.Results after the treatment,the study group was significantly lower than that before treatment the serum prolactin(t=7.624,p=0.000),the control group was significantly higher than that before treatment the serum prolactin(t=-3.228,p=0.003),the serum prolactin levels ofsignificantly lower than the control group(t=6.047,p=0.00).No significant differencebefore and after treatment in the research group of body mass index(t=-0.307,p=0.380),the control group after treatment,body mass index were significantly higher than those before treatment(t=-1.834,p=0.036),after the end of treatment,the body mass index of two groups were significantly different(t=-2.481,p=0.008).Twe groups of patients before and after tretment no significant differents in adverse reaction(p>0.05).Conclusion Wuji Baifeng pills can effectively reduce the antipsychotic risperidone induced hyperprolactinemia,does not increase the patient’s body mass index,for the prevention of adverse reactions caused by antipsychotic drug hyperprolactinemia and secondary amenorrhea and provide effective intervention measures to improve thecompliance of patients with drug treatment,effective control and prevention of diseasesymptoms recurrence.更多还原
