淀粉基生物胶乳在涂层中的再分配研究

【摘要】 使用ATR-IR、ESCA、Cryo-SEM等技术对涂层表面进行检测分析,研究了高岭土/淀粉基生物胶乳涂料体系湿涂层干燥过程中淀粉基生物胶乳的再分配行为。结果表明,湿涂层干燥过程中,淀粉基生物胶乳会向涂层表面迁移,涂料初始固含量降低、干燥温度升高、涂布量增加会促进淀粉基生物胶乳的再分配,淀粉基生物胶乳最终富集在涂层表面数微米的深度内;由此可推测,淀粉基生物胶乳再分配行为与其自身的微粒形态和亲水性能有关。
【Abstract】 Starch-based bio-latex redistribution during coating consolidation were investigated by determining coating surface prepared with kaoline clay and bio-latex with ATR-IR,ESCA and Cryo-SEM.The results showed that bio-latexes migrate to coating surface during wet coating layer drying,and concentrate at several microns’ depth under the very coating surface.The migration phenomenon is promoted by decreasing the initial solids content of coating color,raising the drying temperature or increasing coating weight.It is supposed that bio-latex intrinsic properties such as particle morphology and hydrophilic nature contribute to its redistribution.
