淬火温度对Cr5钢组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 运用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、金相软件以及洛式硬度计研究了Cr5钢的组织(淬火前后组织)、物相(淬火前)、碳化物含量以及硬度。结果表明,淬火前Cr5钢中的碳化物有不同的形貌特征,并且有明显的聚集现象,淬火后部分碳化物溶入基体中,未溶碳化物以细小颗粒状分布于马氏体上;碳化物类型有M7C3、M23C6以及M3C2;随淬火温度的升高碳化物的体积分数逐渐减少,碳化物明显溶入基体的温度为970℃;Cr5钢的硬度随温度升高先提高后降低,在970℃时达到峰值为54HRC。
【Abstract】 The microstructure(before and after quenching),phase(before quenching),carbide content and hardness were studied by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,optical software and Rockwell hardness tester.The results indicate that carbides of Cr5 steel have different morphology features and obvious aggregation phenomenon,most carbides dissolve in the matrix after quenching,the carbides of not dissolving with small particles distribute in the martensite.The style of carbides before quenching have M7C3、M23C6 and M3C2.volume fraction of carbides gradually reduce with quenching temperature increase,and the temperature of carbides dissolving in the matrix is 970℃.Cr5 steel hardness increases and later decreases with the quenching temperature increases,the peak hardness(54HRC)is achieved in the 970℃.
