激光功率对TiB增强钛基涂层显微组织结构的影响

【摘要】 采用激光熔覆方法制备了原位反应合成TiB增强钛基复合涂层。用Ti和B的混合粉末在Ti-6Al-4V基体表面激光熔覆制得TiB/Ti复合涂层。采用XRD物相分析、形貌观察和硬度测试等方法研究了激光扫描速度2mm/s时不同激光扫描功率下原位合成的TiB/Ti复合涂层的相结构、显微组织结构和硬度。不同功率下制备的涂层中只有α-Ti和TiB相;扫描功率为3000W和3500W下激光熔覆层与基体结合较好;随着激光扫描功率的增加,熔覆层的平均硬度提高,但扫描功率为3000W的涂层硬度分布较均匀,激光熔覆后涂层的硬度值较基体的硬度值明显提高了约2~3倍,其平均硬度值大约为1000HV。

【Abstract】 In situ reaction synthesized TiB reinforced titanium matrix composite coatings were fabricated using techniques of laser cladding.TiB/Ti composite coatings were fabricated on Ti-6A1-4V surface using Ti and B powders mixture by laser cladding.Phase,microstructure and hardness of the in situ synthesized TiB/Ti composite coatings were investigated by XRD,morpholohy observation and hardness tester.Only a-Ti and TiB phase exist in Coatings fabricated under different powers.Coating combine is good with substrate under laser power of 3000 w and 3500 w.Average hardness of coatings increased with the increase of laser power,but it is distributed evenly,microhardness of the composites coating by laser cladding is higher than that of titanium alloy more than 2~3times and the average hardness of about 1000 HV.
