灰铸铁材料的微等离子弧表面改性研究

【摘要】 在大气压条件下,使用高压直流脉冲放电的方法产生微等离子弧,采用此微等离子弧对粗糙的HT250灰铸铁材料表面进行加工处理。对其表面形貌和表面残余应力进行了分析,结果表明,经微等离子弧处理的HT250表面,曲率半径小的地方全部被熔化和蒸发去除,去除后的位置平坦化效果明显,表面粗糙度值Ra能从6.73μm降低到1.62μm,材料表面的锈渍全部被清除,加工后的表面的残余拉应力值有很大的减少,将有利于提高HT250材料的使用寿命。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a micro plasma arc by the high voltage direct current pulse discharge at atmosphere was used.HT250 gray cast iron was used as the experimental materials.Surface morphology and the surface residual stress was analyzed after the HT250 metal surface was irradiated by the micro plasma arc.The results show that small curvature radius on HT250 surface are removed by remelting or evaporation,a flat finishing metal surface is obtained.Surface roughness Ra can be reduced from 6.73 μm to 1.62 μm,rust stains on the HT250 surface are also removed,the residual tensile stress on HT250 surface have a large reduction,this will be conducive to improve the HT250 service life.
