【摘要】 社会企业发展中资源的有限性使得合理利用现存网络成为社会企业的壮大的合适方式。而社会网络自身边界的动态调整使得社会企业有了进入到现有社会网络的契机,补充嵌入和替换嵌入是两种合适的嵌入方式。嵌入到社会网络后,社会企业可以通过关键性的价值创造策略实现自身的发展,反过来也推动了社会网络的演化,并逐步形成自身主导的网络,构建社会创业生态系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 Making use of the existing social network has become the most appropriate way for social enterprise to grow because of the limited resources in its development. The dynamic adjustment of social network boundary made it possible for social enterprise to find entry to the current network. And the enterprise can join network boundary by substitute embeddedness and extend embeddedness. Thus, social enterprise can develop gradually by the strategic key value creation making use of resources in the network. Meanwhile, the network get evolved in turn. Finally, the social entrepreneurship ecosystem dominated by social enterprise is gradually constructed.更多还原
