广西引进四川凉蔗新品种(系)比较筛选与综合评价
Comparative Screening and Comprehensive Evaluation of New ’Liangzhe’ Sugarcane Varieties(Lines) Introduced From Sichuan in Guangxi

【摘要】 【目的】种植良种化是生产优质高产高糖糖料蔗的关键。为了优化广西甘蔗的品种结构,【方法】从四川省引进了8个凉蔗品种(系),以新台糖22号为对照(CK),进行了品种(系)比较试验研究,评价并鉴定其生长发育相关农艺性状和经济性状表现。【结果】新植凉蔗02‐6的工业产量与产糖量分别比CK显著高25.99%与19.70%,宿根凉蔗02‐6的理论产量比CK显著高56.47%,其田间锤度与蔗糖分含量次高,蔗糖分含量高于14.00%;宿根凉蔗07‐34的分蘖率比CK显著高93.90%,其有效茎数比CK显著多44.40%,其蔗糖分含量接近14.00%;新植凉蔗02‐186的出苗率比CK显著高21.63%,其有效茎数比CK显著多15.28%,其工业产量比CK显著高16.96%,宿根凉蔗02‐186的分蘖率比CK显著高32.50%;新植凉蔗03‐7的蔗糖分含量最高,接近14.00%,宿根凉蔗03‐7糖分含量也接近14.00%。【结论】凉蔗02‐6与凉蔗07‐34综合表现最好,有进一步试验、示范、推广的价值;凉蔗02‐186综合表现次好,需要进一步试验验证;凉蔗03‐7与宿根凉蔗02‐6、凉蔗07‐34糖分含量均较高,可以考虑在高糖品种选育中作为杂交亲本利用。
【Abstract】 【Objective】Promotion of improved varieties in sugarcane planting is the key to produce high-yield and high-sucrose content sugarcane material. In order to optimize the structure of sugarcane varieties in Guangxi,【Method】eight ‘Liangzhe’(abridged as ‘LZ’ in the following) sugarcane varieties(lines) were introduced from Sichuan Province,and varieties(lines) comparison experiment was conducted,with ROC22 as the control. Performances of agronomic traits and economic traits related to sugarcane’s growth and development were evaluated and appraised.【Result】Industrial yield and sucrose yield of planting LZ02-6 was 25.99% and 19.70% higher significantly than CK,respectively. Theoretical yield of ratoon LZ02-6 was 56.47% higher significantly than CK,and its field brix and sucrose content was the second highest,with sucrose content higher than 14%. Tillering rate of ratoon LZ07-34 was 93.90% higher significantly than CK,and its effective stems were 44.40% more significantly than CK,with sucrose content close to 14%. Germination rate of planting LZ02-186 was 21.63% significantly higher than CK,and its effective stems were 15.28% more significantly than CK,with industrial yield of 16.96% higher significantly than CK. Tillering rate of ratoon LZ02-186 was 32.50% higher significantly than CK. Sucrose content of planting LZ03-7 was the highest,which was close to 14%. Sucrose content of ratoon LZ03-7 was also close to 14%. 【Conclusion】Comprehensive performances of LZ02-6 and LZ07-34 were the best,and they get value for further testing,demonstration and promotion. Comprehensive performances of LZ02-186 were the second best,and it requires further experimental verification. Sucrose content of LZ03-7,ratoon LZ02-6 and LZ07-34 were higher than other varieties,so they can be considered as parents in high-sucrose content hybrid’s breeding.
